1. DEVICE DESCRIPTION

The MilSight S135 MUNS is a high-resolution clip-on night vision weapon sight that mounts on any MIL-STD-1913 Picatinny rail interface forward of an existing scope, adding night vision capabilities to daytime target acquisition platforms. The sight allows snipers to detect and recognize man-size targets in excess of 800 meters. Developed for the USMC and adopted by US and NATO forces, S135 MUNS is compatible with multiple weapons platforms up to and including .50 caliber.

The MilSight S135 MUNS provides mission flexibility as a high-resolution night vision weapon sight or handheld as an observation device.

Compatible with Standard Sights
Mountable on MIL-STD-1913 rail interface, it's effective on weapons from carbines to .50 caliber semi-automatic and bolt action sniper rifles.

Installation services in other provinces:

  • Within 150km from Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City: Installation fee of 2 million VND up to a maximum of 5% of the order value.
  • Beyond 300km from Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City: Installation fee of 3 million VND up to a maximum of 5% of the order value.

Additional maintenance and technical support services are available for purchase. In case of equipment malfunction, replacements are provided free of charge, even beyond the warranty period. Contact for further assistance.

For Markets: US, EU, Asia, and EME: Warranty-related devices will be sent back to the manufacturer for repair and returned to the customer within 45 days. Shipping costs will be shared equally: 50% covered by the customer and 50% by the seller.

For the Vietnam Market: Starview products come with a 24-month official warranty at authorized service centers in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.

First 15 Days Replacement Policy: Within the first 15 days of purchase, defective products are eligible for replacement with a new unit, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The product is in its original packaging, with all accessories intact.
  • The product is free from scratches or damage.
  • The defect does not violate warranty policies.
  • The product is not classified as a consumable item.

Warranty After 16 Days Until End of Warranty Period: From the 16th day onwards, Starview commits to resolving issues and replacing defective products within 7 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, and other pre-agreed circumstances). If the product requires warranty services from abroad, the processing time will follow the company’s international warranty policy.

Extended Warranty Solutions: In cases where the product cannot be repaired or the repair process exceeds 45 days, customers may exchange the product for an equivalent model or upgrade to a higher-specification product at a mutually agreed cost.

For Markets: US, EU, Asia, and EME: The price is CIP (Carriage and Insurance Paid) and includes shipping fees and insurance to the customer's address. Local taxes and duties imposed by the recipient's location are not included.

For the Vietnam Market: Prices include a 10% VAT, applicable to all transactions on Starview’s e-commerce platform.

Currency: Prices are listed in VND/USD/EURO depending on the country or territory.

Payment Methods: Online payment platforms, bank transfers, credit cards, online payment gateways (e.g., VNPAY, PayPal), Cash on Delivery (COD), or cash payment at the company office.

Deposit Requirements: For COD orders outside Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, a deposit of 10%–30% of the total order value is required.

Delivery Documentation: Starview products will be delivered to customers along with the following documentation:

  • VAT invoice.
  • Delivery note and warranty certificate
  • Installation and user guide, as well as technical support instructions accessible via QR Code.
  • Certificate of Origin (CO) for imported products.
  • Certificate of Quality (CQ) for imported products or inspection reports for domestically manufactured products.
  • Customers will be provided with an account to access warranty information and receive direct technical support through Starview’s WEB Portal system.
